Chapter 100-500. INITIAL LICENSURE AND REGISTRATION FEES

Agency: Board of Hearing Care Providers (Board was abolished pursuant to 2021, 91:185, effective 7-1-21, which repealed RSA 137-F. The former Board was effectively merged pursuant to 2021, 166-186 with the Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists, now re-named the Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers. Pursuant to 2021, 91:186, effective 7-1-21, the existing rules of the former Board of Hearing Care Providers “in effect on the effective date of this act shall, to the extent practicable, continue and be effective and apply to hearing care providers until they expire or are amended or repealed.” SeeSpeand alsoAhp, but eventually all of the rules of the Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers will be numbered under the titleSphc
