Chapter 300. N.H. ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY ACCREDITATION PROGRAM

Agency: Cross-Program Rules (Prior to 7-1-96 the subtitle Env-C designated rules assigned by Commissioner, and not by statute, to a particular Division. Pursuant to 1996, 228, effective 7-1-96, Commissioner assumed all former statutory responsibilities of Divisions. Pursuant to 1995, 226:5, effective 8-13-95, establishing RSA 21-G:9, II(b), the Commissioner has authority to adopt all rules under the Divisions of the Department. Pursuant to the rules reorganization plan approved on September 7, 2005, Env-C designates cross-program rules.)
