PART Env-A 2101  PURPOSE

 

          Env-A 2101.01  Purpose.  The purpose of this chapter is to establish emission standards for particulate matter and visible emissions for those stationary sources or devices that are not specifically regulated pursuant to any other chapter, part, or section of this subtitle.
