(“FirstLight”), for claims arising out of FirstLight’s termination of a dark fiber lease between the parties. The amended complaint alleged claims for breach of contract (Count I), breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing (Count II), violation of the Vermont Consumer Protection Act (Count III), and attorney’s fees (Count IV).
