Ryan, (“Scott”) has brought an action against the Defendant, Patrick J. Ryan, (“Patrick”) 1 seeking a declaratory judgment that Scott is the 100% shareholder of a company called Access Design, Inc. (“ADI”). Scott alleges that he is the 100% owner of ADI as a result of an agreement entered into between the parties on March 21, 2017.
