Because the record demonstrates that the discovery requests are either premature, or the burden they impose is disproportionate to the issues in the case, the Motion is DENIED except with respect to Requests for Production (“RFP”) 23-28. A hearing shall be held on NADC’s Motion to Compel responses to RFP’s 23-28 which seek information about documents which Berlin Station asserts have been placed under protective order in another case.
