Docket No. 218-2022-CV-00509 ORDER Plaintiff Barry MacDonald, personally and doing business as MacDonald Leathers, brings this action against Defendants Anthony M. Bernardo, Maria R. Bernardo, and Rose Leather Fashions, Inc., seeking a judgment awarding him the unpaid balance of a commercial note, in addition to interest, late charges, and fees. Currently before the Court are two outstanding motions addressing evidentiary matters in advance of trial. The Court held a hearing regarding these motions on May 31, 2024.
