Docket No. 216-2023-CV-00094 Order on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Scott Komaridis filed suit against Defendants Kevin D’Amelio and D&K Oil, LLC (“D&K”). As to both defendants, Plaintiff seeks enforcement of RSA 304-C:55 (Count I), alleges a minority shareholder freezeout (Count II), and seeks preliminary and permanent injunctive relief (Count IV).
