No. 226-2022-CV-00218 1 OMNIBUS ORDER Plaintiff Curtis Commons, LLC, by and through its co-manager, Cliff Williams, brings this consolidated action against Defendants Matthew Arel (“Matthew”), Melissa Arel (“Melissa”) 2 , Better Built Homes, LLC (“BBH”), Better Built Homes Construction Management, LLC (“BBHCM”), and Parrinello Real Estate, Inc. (“Parrinello”), alleging several claims arising from the breakdown of a business relationship. Several motions are currently pending before the Court. The Court addresses all four motions below.
